A person under 18 may use the Website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. Membership registration, purchases, waivers, and service agreements for minors must be completed or authorized by a parent or legal guardian.
A parent or guardian who registers a minor represents that they have legal authority to act for the minor and are responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted.

Memberships, facility access, training, competitions, camps, recovery services, appointments, and other Mission Athletics activities may require separate agreements, payment terms, informed-consent forms, rules, releases, or assumption-of-risk waivers.
