Having a strong focus on muscle development and recovery is essential to achieving your potential. That’s why at Mission Athletics we go beyond the standard sports equipment and provide our members with state-of-the-art Physio and Recovery facilities. These include:

Red Light

Red light stimulates cells, reduces inflammation, and increases circulation to accelerate muscle repair and recovery.

HyperBaric Chamber

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) allows a person to breathe concentrated oxygen in a pressurized environment, reducing healing & recovery time.

Sauna & Plunge Pools

Hot & cold treatments to improve circulation, muscle recovery, reduce inflammation and boost energy, while also promoting relaxation and stress relief.

Neuro Therapy

Non-invasive neurotherapy treatment uses micro-charged sound waves to enhance nerve and muscle function, activating the deepest part of the muscle.
